Missing diacritics in RSS feed

The content of the RSS feed does not include diacritics, making texts containing Polish characters ąęłźżć unreadable.

I don't speak Polish, but I do speak Korean, which is an East Asian country, and it appears to be the same RSS feed issue. Presumably, Chinese, Japanese, and all non-English languages have the problem.
